I have never trained. Where do I start?

Ask about GB1 Fundamentals. The fundamentals provide a starting point for students who are new to Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu.

How do I know which level is right for me?

Share your previous training experience with the team. An instructor can guide your placement and explain the progression from GB1 to GB2 and GB3.

Which youth class should my child attend?

All youth groups are part of GBK: Little Champions 1 for ages 3–6, Little Champions 2 for ages 7–9, and Juniors and Teens for ages 10–14. Contact the academy to confirm your child’s class and availability.

Do I need to compete?

You can contact the academy about training for your own goals, whether you are interested in learning the fundamentals or exploring competition. Let the team know what you want from your practice.
